23 May 2000

Physicists at Brookhaven and the State University of New York, Stony Brook, have just completed the construction of the Forward Preshower Detector (FPS), one of four inner tracking subdetectors for the D0 experiment at Fermilab’s Tevatron proton-antiproton collider.
